Asian Flavours Demonstration

This demonstration is taken by our very own worldly Kostas who will concentrate on four exotic dishes from the South Eastern regions – Thai Fish Cakes, Pho Bo (Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup), Thai Red Curry with Duck and Orange and Cardamon Creme Brulee.
