This course will give clear guidance on the perfect selection from the balance of flavours to the balance of ingredients, each of which plays an equally important part in the overall result. During your day with us you will be preparing a selection of exquisite canapés including vegetable, meat, & fish varieties. Nowadays, most dinner parties cater for a guest with special dietary requirements so these will also be addressed with the same care and attention to detail. By the end of the day you will be able to confidently put together a comprehensive collection of canapés that will delight and surprise your guests.


To ensure your results demonstrate maximum flavour we will also discuss and taste the best wines and beverages to match the canapé selection  The tasting session of all your fabulous creations will take place in our beautiful and comfortable country style dining room where service and wine will ensure you fully enjoy your masterpieces.
