This course is an introduction to the art of game cookery. It will open your eyes to country life as well as show you how easy it is to prepare wild food.
This course will show you quick and easy ways of preparing a pheasant or pigeon without any of the mess and hassle associated with plucking as well as a fast and effective way of skinning a wild rabbit.
The group will then help prepare a number of our favourite game recipes. You’ll walk away with enough confidence to go home and experiment more with game.
