While Christmas can be one of the most exciting and heartwarming occasions of the year, it takes a lot of organization to make sure the day runs smoothly. No one wants lumpy gravy or cold sprouts while tucking into their turkey.
This course is ideal for those hoping to get a head start in their Christmas preparation as one of our Michelin-starred chefs will let you into some secrets to organize and create the perfect Christmas roast. While tehy can't guarantee a white Christmas, they can guarantee a traditional feast to remember, giving any dish that culinary edge.
During the day, your chef will answer all your questions concerning practical cooking. For example, what is the best way to make and store a pudding? Is whole roast the best way to cook turkey? How easy is it to cure your own salmon to go with the champagne? And can sprouts really be prepared so everyone wants more?!
These will be answered not only theoretically, but practically as well, as you will experience all aspects of the meal by getting fully hands on in the preparation and finishing the day in our dining room with your dishes! The teaching covers all the courses in the meal so you could find yourself creating a starter to die for, learning how to prepare the perfect turkey and finishing off with a mouthwatering pudding. Your chef will teach you all the techniques to ensure that yours is a truly memorable Christmas day.
With the proper prior preparation and removing the stress from the day, Christmas really can be a very merry occasion indeed!
