Nutrition is the key. In our Health & Nutritional Master class Michelin Starred Chef Chris Horridge will demonstrate how to create fine-dining dishes virtually milk, cream and sugar free with no loss of flavour.

 

Chris has pioneered what he terms '3 dimensional cuisine' which is based on presentation, flavour and nutrition, with recent restaurant reviews proving that his concept really works. 3 dimensional cuisine is not only about nutrition, it is about harmony and balance within a dish that will then bring the same to a customer through visual appeal, clean flavour, digestibility and finally, but certainly not least, bioavailability.

 

Chris is also the founding member of 'The Nutrition Research Group' (N.R.G), an interdisciplinary research collaboration investigating the application of discoveries made in the nutrition sciences.

 

During your full day class, Chris will teach you alternative cookery techniques using imaginative ingredients and combinations, which are the cornerstones of Chris's unique style of cuisine.
