How to order

Simply place orders on line from this website by selecting products for the shopping basket.

 

Alternatively we'll be pleased to take an order by telephone between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm on weekdays. Call 01635 200 200 and please have your credit cards details to hand.

 

Payment

All prices and payments are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. The following credit and debit cards are accepted:

 

MasterCard, Maestro (Domestic), Maestro International (only with SecureCode), Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron Solo and JCB.

 

For telephone orders we accept these credit and debit cards.

 

All payments details are handled by using leading Payment Service Provider SagePay, part of the RBS Group, and encrypted and secured by 128 bit SSL provided by GeoTrust. None of your card details are held by us.

 

Confirmation

For Internet orders you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the time of ordering and an invoice with the order.

 

For telephone orders we will enclose an invoice and card receipt with the order.

 

Delivery

If in stock, you should receive your order within 5 working days; for out of stock products you should receive your order within 5 working days of stock becoming available.

 

If you need your order urgently please contact us before placing the order and we may be able to quote for a faster delivery.
