Hunt Prepare and Cook Volume 1, is the first of a series of field Guides to Hunting, Preparing and Cooking all manner of Game, Fish, Vermin and Wild Food. Each Volume is a celebration of the Sports, traditions and country arts that form part of the whole process of bringing Wild Food to your table. We make no apology that these Volumes contain all of the blood and guts of Hunting and Butchery that would never be shown on entertainment shows.
