This course is not simply about making pasta but also its history, the origins of the different shapes and the perfect accompaniments to different pastas. During your fully hands on course, you will be creating numerous varieties of pasta, both dry and wet pasta, moulding it in to the celebrated shapes and stuffing raviolis, tortellinis and cannelloni. But your creative skills will not only be tested with pasta. We will also preparing the ultimate sauces to accompany your pasta.
A passion for pasta is a must and throughout the day you will be dining on your pasta creations in our beautiful country style dining room where service and wine will both be on hand to make the experience unforgettable.
