This course is aimed at getting consistent & professional results that will lead to a great roast dinner every time.
From meat selection, quality points and butchery through to how to prepare and cook the perfect accompaniments.
During your time with us you will be preparing Chicken, beef rib, lamb and pork, making stuffings, farces and the best traditional yorkshire puddings, as well as the all important gravy. The one time of the year when roast dinner takes precedence is Christmas so there will be plenty of advice on how to organise your day without the usual fuss.
The best roast dinner deserves the best wine so Stephen Nisbet our sommelier has selected the perfect match for each meat.
This course will be led by one of our Michelin-starred Chefs.
