Food & wine are two halves of a whole, as each plays an integral role in the whole dining experience.

 

Join Michelin Starred Chef Alan Murchison and his Head Sommelier Stephen Nisbet to talk, taste and debate their way through the maze that is ‘food & wine matching’ – with some unexpected results! Guaranteed!

 

During the full day course, Alan and Stephen will provide an insight in to the secrets that bring out the flavours of both the food and the wine.  Furthermore, they will explain the basic principles behind food and wine pairing, demonstrating how you can relate these whilst entertaining or eating out.  This class is suitable for those with no knowledge of wine or for experts.

 

Given the nature of this course and the fact you are spending the day drinking wine with 2 Scotsmen we suggest overnight accommodation or a taxi home!
